Well, you’re definitely not the first, and I’m betting you didn’t even know what to look out for. This label means that the product is MFi compatible (made for iPhone, iPad, iPod). It also means that it’s certified by Apple and is safe to use with the device. Whew! Cheap chargers can damage your phone, only work for a few days, and in extreme cases, even start fires.
